We like to get to know our clients before recommending
any action. We therefore offer an initial meeting to prospective clients,
without obligation, to assess whether we can help them.
We do not offer standard solutions, because each client is an individual
with individual goals. Some will need advice on investment and tax management,
while others at different stages of life may need help in planning school
fees or retirement income.
Furthermore we often help our clients' children buy their first home
and provide advice to them in the future.
Being truly independent, we have no restrictions on the solutions we
can recommend, and can draw from a comprehensive range of financial product
and services.
We utilise specialist investment analysis to keep clients informed and
we offer regular reviews to ensure our clients' financial plans remain
on track.
Our main areas of advice centre on the following:
Tax advice is not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Your home may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Our usual fees for mortgage advice are 0.5% of the value of the loan. Example – On
a mortgage of £200,000 this would be £1,000 some of which
may be offset by commission (paid to us by the lender on completion)
which
would then
be refunded to the borrower.
